“ Service was absolutely incredible, all staff were accommodating and genuinely seem to love what they do; all are experienced with the menu and have great recommendations. 100% the best service I have received in Winnipeg by far. Atmosphere is second to none and I was blown away by the decor and overall ambiance. Very picturesque and comfortable. Had fun looking at hidden trinkets throughout the brick while waiting for our dishes. As for food & drink, we had 2 appetizers, 2 side dishes (however the gnocchi as a main), 2 desserts and 1 main, with 2 glasses of sparkling wine. Bill was around 190 after taxes. Definitely worth the money for the quality and quantity of the food. Our favourite dish was by far the roasted bone marrow (recommended by our server). All dishes exceeded expectations, there is something for every person to enjoy as the menu is diverse and rotates. Will definitely go again! :) The experience was wonderful! ”
“ Celebrated my bd here. It’s my first time to try beef tartare and I have to say they did not disappoint :) My bf ordered beef and I got the duck. It’s absolutely one of the best duck I’ve ever had! And if u love carbs you have to try their potato! I brought my own cake and they informed us there would be a 10 dessert fee(they asked if we r okay with it and if we want to store the cake in the fridge). When we asked them to serve the cake the waitress kindly reminded us about the fee again just in case it would be a “surprise”, I truly appreciate it. I really enjoyed every moment here! ”

This place has always held a special place in my heart & I definitely recommend it for any initimate type of dinner. The food is AMAZING, & the service is the same! Brittney & Max are SOO AWESOME!!! “ Love how intimate and vintage the setting is. From cutlery, furnishings, music, lighting and atmosphere- very adorable! The food was astounding! I personally love and enjoyed their grilled boar chop which was so tender and mouth watering. The flavouring was perfect! Their potatoes dauphinoise was also outstanding, very creamy and addictive! Mmmmmm. Tried their warm olives and oysters too, which were also pleasant. Sad to say, their beef tenderloin and grilled cabbage did not meet our criteria- just not our favourite. Overall, the experience was amazing made the celebration really extra special! Kudos to the people behind. ”
“ We had dinner and it was Oyster night. The food was fantastic, as always, the service was awesome and the ambiance is perfect. This has been our go to restaurant when we want to spend some "us" time without the kids. I ordered duck and husband had boar, both cooked and seasoned perfectly! The oysters were very good too and the croquettes were the best. And they are open till 12am! This restaurant gave us the opportunity to have a wonderful dinner once the kids are done with their activities. ”
“ I went here for the first time and thoroughly enjoyed their Valentines dinner. It was an amazing offering of specially curated items that made for an exceptional dinning experience. They made great drink recommendations to compliment our dinner choices. The plating and presentation was stunning. And each dish we ordered was more delightful than the last. The salmon was expertly prepared, the steak tartare was well balanced and flavourful. The highlight was easily the wild boar. It was so rich and tender, I didn't want it to be over. Service was very attentive and personable. The atmosphere was intricate and charming. And the overall attention to detail made it a very memorable experience. This is easily one of the lesser known gems in the city that everyone shoupd experience at least once. I would be thrilled to visit this place again. If they added Roasanna to their playlist, the evening would have been perfect. ”
“ A hidden gem with both a unique and inviting decor and ambience. It offers many dishes made with local ingredients. In particular we really enjoyed the bison tartar and the brussel sprouts, and everyone in our group enjoyed their main. Overall, the food and drinks were delicious, nicely presented and reasonably priced. ”
“ Started with oysters and the beets tartare. Both were delicious. Our server was amazing, helped us choose dishes and answered all of our questions. The place is a little dark. Reading the menu by candlelight is a little challenging. Not enough to keep me away though. A cozy atmosphere that doesn’t disappoint. Highly recommend. ”
